I am an attorney based in Chattanooga, Tennessee where I provide comprehensive legal services to individuals charged or under investigation by state or federal authorities. I bring over 30 years of experience to your case. As a federal prosecutor, I handled high-profile federal prosecutions involving financial crimes, drug offenses, violent offenses, crimes against children, and civil rights cases. I briefed and argued numerous motions to suppress in federal court and I briefed and argued cases in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a United States Army JAG attorney, I advised commands on numerous issues relating to personnel investigations, including 15-6 investigations and FLIPLs, and I represented numerous victims of sexual assault during Courts-Martial. As a state prosecutor in North Carolina and Tennessee, I tried numerous cases, including many homicide cases and two successful death penalty cases.
